In August of 2007, CFPA held its first "Bright Beginnings Workshop", a workshop dedicated to teach newer photographers business practices, lighting, posing, retouching, marketing and more. We had 55 attendees and was considered a HUGE success. Much of that success was due to the phenomenal instructors that we had. One of those instructors was Stephanie Deveau who's point blank honesty is over shadowed only by her love of sharing and teaching. Her program "Dumpster to Divine" won't soon be forgotten as her students literally learned how to photograph in any environment, including, yes..a dumpster. At this workshop Stephanie will show her beautiful, natural lighting & posing as well as her most favorite topics...business, marketing & Photoshop art! This program will rock your world! It is designed for new photographers but honestly we had many in August that had been in business 10 years or more and just need to restart their business, rekindle their artistic spirit and learn to survive in this changing, crazy industry. Stephanie did an amazing job and teaching all of that and more and will do it again.
