Printed Magazine:
         *Approx 600-650 will be direct mailed  to members for the initial run with 2,000 being slated for marketing pieces to be distributed for conferences, workshops etc.
          * Balance to be distributed to events, conferences,  workshops & Vendors.
         * Distribution will be twice yearly in 2007-2008 and will increase to 4 times in 2008 (2 being printed and 2 being E-zines)

E-zine: Each printed issue will also be available as an E-zine for members in our archives so your ad will be seen for years to come. Every other issue (for 2008) will be a electronic magazine or "E-Zine". This will be direct emailed to members as well as available on the website for members.

For marketing purposes a "Short" version of the magazine, complete with your ads, will be emailed to our mailing list before and after each issue. These will contain "clipped" versions of the articles but the look will be the same as the complete magazine. This will give you twice the advertising exposure.  

Specs for printed versions:
          *4 color press printed with saddlestitch binding.  8.5 x 11.

* 20-30 Pages (Approx)

Target Market: At this time we will not open the magazine to subscriptions. We will distribute to CFPA Members as well as marketing the balance of the runs to events, conference, vendors, labs, etc.

Ads must be sent in In Design, Quark or Pagemaker format, or as a valid image files such as a .JPG or .TIFF (for PC). You may also submit camera ready work.

How To Submit Ads:

Click the Above Order button to send insertion orders & payment information. Payment must be received with the insertion ad or your ad cannot be guaranteed for placement until payment has been received. Once you have done that, please send your files via the information below:

Ads should be sent to Jennifer Turner via Email, CD or Camera Ready Artwork.  Ad format may be300 DPI Tiff file (flattened) or 300 dpi high res. PDF file.  (Files over 9 mg should be sent via CD).  Digital Files should be accompanied by a hardcopy sample in order to color match to your specifications.

In Design files will also be accepted but must include all files, link & fonts on a single CD.  Camera Ready Artwork will be charged a $25  layout fee.
